By coach/car
Follow the brown tourist signs from the Whitley Bay turn-off on the A19 or from the end of the main A1058 from Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Public Transport
The Metro system can take you as far as Whitley Bay where you will need to take a short walk to Park Avenue. The 308 'Blythe' bus travels every 15 minutes from here. Alight at Whitley Bay Cemetry for the island.
